We offer an objective, confidential sounding board to discuss business and staffing issues as they arise, assist in planning and managing projects, and help you decide and implement the changes needed to improve your business performance. (Coaching can be either face-to-face, or by phone).
 

Workshops for Managers and Team Leaders [top of page]
Our “Doing It Differently” workshop provides time-out for your managers to reflect on their role and individual performance. We provide a forum to discuss common leadership themes including: coaching and developing staff, building accountability, improving communication skills, managing stress, and building a positive team culture, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
 

 

One-on-one Staff Performance Coaching [top of page]
We encourage your people to be the best they can be and empower them to take ownership of their own performance. We provide an objective, safe, sounding board to share concerns, ideas and issues and help improve communication processes between staff and management. We can also assist staff to set, achieve and exceed performance targets that are aligned with business strategy and provide constructive feedback to staff on individual performance.
